Here is, in plain words, how we keep your details safe when you shop with us.
Payments
Online payments are handled by Stripe: iDEAL, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card or bank details go straight to Stripe, so they never touch our servers. You can also choose to pay on delivery.
Encrypted connection
The connection to this website is always encrypted (HTTPS). Your browser is told to use the secure address only, so the shop is never shown over a plain connection.
Where your data is kept
The shop's data, including accounts and orders, is stored on servers in the EU. Payments run on Stripe's own systems, and the bot check on sign-in and checkout runs on Cloudflare's network, which can be outside the EU. We store nothing from that check.
Cookies and tracking
There is no cookie pop-up, on purpose. We use only the cookies needed to sign you in, keep your basket, take payments and block bots. There are no advertising trackers on this website and nothing follows you to other sites. More in our privacy policy.
